       半固化片树脂比例流动度试验压机按IPC-TM-650试验方法手册中的试验方法2、4、38设计制造，专门用于测试半固化片的标定流动性。可配置一台模具尺寸为5.5″×7.0″的半固化片取样冲模机。

        The RF-0.7E Prepreg Scaled Flow Testing Press is designed to meet the requirements of IPC-TM-650 Method 2、4、38 for determine the scaled flow parameters of prepreg.A punch with die size 5.5″×7.0″can be used to cut the prepreg samples.
