树脂流动性测试系统由一台RF-2.0E型流动性试验压机,一台RF-P1取样冲模机和一台RF-P2取样冲模机组成。设计紧凑，外形美观，符合美国IPC-TM-650标准中试验方法2.3.17各项要求,用于测量半固化片的树脂流动性测试。

  流动性试验取样冲模机
          Resin folw Testing Sample Punch Model RF-P1&RF-P2

        RF-P1和RF-P2树脂流动性取样冲模机是专门用于冲取树脂流动性试验试样的机器。符合美国IPC-TM-650 2.3.17所提出的要求。
        RF-P1是电动的，配有专门冲取直径为81.10mm(3.192英寸)园形试样的冲模。
        RF-P2是气动的，配有专门切取4”×4”半固化片试样的模具。
        模具均是优质材料精制。机器操作简单。

          The RF-P1 is electrical operation and supplied with Punch die set that special made for cutting a sample circle 81.10mm[3.192inch]in diameter.
          The RF-P2 is pneumatic operation and supplied with punch die set for cutting 4”×4”prepreg sample.
